How to delete your data / 如何刪除你的資料

Option 1: In-app self-service (recommended) / 方法一：App 內自助刪除（建議）

1. Log in to ThreadScout at /login
   登入 ThreadScout 網址：/login
2. Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account
   進入 設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號 (Delete Account)
3. Confirm by typing "DELETE"
   輸入 "DELETE" 以確認
4. Your data is deleted immediately
   您的資料將立即被刪除

Option 2: Email request / 方法二：電子郵件申請

Send an email to legal@zhenheai.com with:

發送電子郵件至 legal@zhenheai.com，內容包含：

• Subject: "Data deletion request" / 主旨：「資料刪除申請」
• Body: Your registered email address and Meta user ID (optional) / 內文：您的註冊郵箱與 Meta 使用者 ID（選填）

We will process the request within 7 business days.

我們將在 7 個工作日內處理您的申請。

What gets deleted / 哪些資料會被刪除

• Your account and profile / 您的帳號與個人檔案
• All saved keywords and preferences / 所有儲存的關鍵字與偏好設定
• All drafts and search history / 所有草稿與搜尋歷史
• Your Meta OAuth tokens (access revoked) / 您的 Meta OAuth 令牌（存取權將被撤銷）
• All cached search results / 所有暫存的搜尋結果

Data Retention for Compliance / 合規資料保留說明

Please note that while all operational data is deleted, we are required by Taiwan tax and business regulations to retain billing records and transaction history for 7 years. This data is stored separately and is used only for audit and tax purposes.

請注意，雖然所有操作資料都會被刪除，但根據台灣稅法與商業法規，我們必須保留帳單記錄與交易歷史 7 年。這些資料會分開儲存，且僅用於審計與稅務目的。
