1. Service Description / 服務描述

ThreadScout provides keyword monitoring, post recommendation, and reply draft generation services on the Threads platform. We do not guarantee permanent API availability or take responsibility for changes to Threads platform policies.

ThreadScout 提供 Threads 平台上的關鍵字監控、貼文推薦與回覆草稿生成服務。我們不保證 API 的永久可用性，亦不對 Threads 平台的政策變動負責。

2. User Obligations / 使用者義務

Users shall not use the service for sending spam, harassing others, scraping data, reverse engineering, circumventing rate limits, or any behavior that violates the Meta Platform Terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately upon discovery of such activities.

使用者不得將本服務用於發送垃圾訊息 (Spam)、騷擾他人、抓取資料、逆向工程、規避頻率限制或任何違反 Meta Platform Terms 之行為。若經發現，我們保留立即終止帳號之權利。

3. Intellectual Property / 智慧財產權

The Service, including its interface, logic, and software, is owned by Zhenhe Co., Ltd. Users retain copyright to their own content but grant us a license to process data returned from the Threads API to provide the service.

本服務（包括介面、邏輯與軟體）均屬振禾有限公司所有。使用者保有自己內容的版權，但授權我們處理 Threads API 回傳之資料以提供服務。

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability / 免責與責任限制

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for interruptions caused by Meta's API changes. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.

服務按「現狀」提供。我們不對因 Meta API 變動導致的中斷負責。我們的最大賠償責任不超過使用者已支付之服務費用。

5. Subscription and Refund / 訂閱與退款

• MVP Phase: Full refund if core features are not delivered within 12 weeks.
  MVP 階段：若 12 週內未交付核心功能，全額退款。
• Post-delivery: Full refund within 14 days if unsatisfied. No refunds after 14 days, but accounts are transferable.
  交付後：14 天內不滿意可全額退款。14 天後不可退款，但可轉讓帳號。
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
  自動續訂：除非取消，否則訂閱將自動續訂。價格調整將於 30 天前通知。

6. Termination / 終止

Users may terminate their account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

使用者可隨時終止其帳號。我們保留因違反本條款而暫停或終止存取權限的權利。

7. Changes to Terms / 條款修改

We may update these terms. Major changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance.

我們可能會更新這些條款。重大變更將至少在 30 天前透過電子郵件通知。

8. Governing Law and Dispute / 爭議解決

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court in the first instance.

本條款之解釋與適用，以及與本條款有關的爭議，均應依照中華民國法律予以處理，並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
